✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Includes original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
  • Once approved, send your item to:
    J-1250, Phase 3, Riico Industrial Area, Tonk Road, Sitapura, Jaipur 302022
  • Use a trackable courier service and include the original invoice and a note mentioning your reason for return.
  • Please include your bank account details along with the returned parcel.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Need a different size or product? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order after the return is approved. You can also reach out to us directly for assistance with an exchange.

❌ Cancellations

  • Within 48 hours of placing the order: Full refund
  • After 48 hours: 40% restocking fee will be deducted
